It would be useful to make pekwm detect state of the window by reading its hints to give more useful feedback to a user about the clients state.

If a window has the _NET_WM_DEMANDS_ATTENTION hint set a decor name of ATTENTION should be used if available. If a window has a WM_CLIENT_MACHINE hint set to another name than of the local host REMOTE should be used if available.
